2-ADMISSION & CERTIFICATE CRITERIA

Aptech shall carry out 70 (seventy) hours of computer training as per the detailed course content and topic wise time duration as mentioned in FAQ. At the end of the training, each student will be required to pass an online test to be conducted by Aptech. Passing marks in the online test shall be 40% (forty percent) . A student / member may reappear for the test till he/she secures the pass marks. A student / member shall be required to have minimum 90% (Ninty percent) attendance. The student will not resort to unethical means to secure the requisite attendance. After undergoing the training for the specified duration, a student shall become eligible for the final online test only if he/she fulfills the following criteria:

§ 90% (ninety percent) attendance

§ Clear milestone of the course

§ Full fee is paid.

Once a student becomes eligible, he/she shall be allowed to appear for the online test, which shall comprise of:

§ Objective type questions.

§ 80 minutes duration.

On the day of the test, the student shall be required to go to the respective Aptech Center where he / she is enrolled, at the scheduled date and time and take the exam on-line. A student shall not be allowed to exceed the allotted time. No break will be given during the examination. Evaluation of the test shall be done online. The students will be given two attempts to clear the exam, if he/ she has been exempted from the training. The student has to go to the center & schedule the test along with the center manager. Then on the scheduled date he/she has to take up the test. Once test is scheduled, the same will be considered as 1 attempt

A student / member undergoing the course from an Aptech center shall be provided with maximum 5 (five) attempts to clear the test and successfully complete the course. But in case the student / member is not able to clear the test even on fifth attempt, he / she shall have to pay for the further attempts as per the guidelines and fees defined for the students / members appearing for the online exemption test.

Certificate of successful completion of the course or Certificate of exemption as the case may be, jointly signed by APTECH and ICSI shall be issued to the student by APTECH if he / she successfully clear the Exam.

3-DISCIPLINE

students are required to observe decorum while attending the course. All rules applicable to the Center - use of computers and other infrastructural facilities and materials should be observed.

No academic or course material may be copied. The academic or course material provided by the center is for the exclusive use of the student only and the same should not be transferred, assigned or sold to any person. students found violating this rule are liable for action under the copyright law or any other law of the time being in force.

Center management reserves the right to suspend / debar / expel any student involving in unlawful or nefarious activities disturbing others.

4-STUDENTS SUGGESTIONS & COMPLAINTS

Feed back/open house sessions are held for students of every batch where they are requested to let the concerned authorities know of their views, so that appropriate measures to improve the quality of services provided, may be taken.

students with queries or grievances should not wait for open house sessions to meet the Center Management, but should do so at the earliest, so that the management can take timely remedial action.

In exceptional cases, depending on the situation students may give suggestions or complaints to the Center Management. In case where feedback, queries or grievances of the student are not dealt with within 7 days by the Center Management, then the matter is to be referred to:

5-INFORMATION TO THE STUDENTS

a) Any changes that affect the student shall be communicated to the student by the Faculty in the class.

b) It is the student's responsibility to apprise him / her of the communications made from time to time irrespective of whether the student is attending or not attending sessions.

c) Communications regarding changes in specifications of services provided by APTECH or changes in student Rules would be shared with the students.

6-CHANGE OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE OF CONDUCT

a) The management reserves the right to change the name of the course or vary the course(content based on decisions taken by Aptech s management and/or its alliance partners.The said decisions shall be final and binding on the students.

7-RESPONSIBILITY/LIABILITY TOWARDS STUDENT

a. For students it is admitted and agreed that the student shall alone be held responsible and liable for proper law biding civil conduct.

b. It is further admitted that the student shall be solely answerable, responsible and liable to any legal notice, claim, complaint, application, suit or any legal proceedings of whatsoever nature initiated by any person or by any Authority in any court, tribunal, or before any authority, pertaining to his conduct.

c. In any event Aptech Ltd. and/or Aptech Limited or its Directors or officials will not be held responsible or liable or made party to any such Complaint, claim, suit, application or any legal proceedings related to or in respect of any of the matters of the student.

d. Aptech Ltd is responsible only and exclusively for imparting Training to the students for successful course completion as per Aptech Ltd policy and Aptech Ltd shall not be held responsible for any other service towards the student like provision of accommodation, conveyance, travel, visa processing and related processes, foreign resident registration process and related formalities as prescribed by the Govt. authorities, food , etc. and for all such issues that Aptech Ltd. does not have any responsibility and obligation towards the students The said agents(where applicable)will be the one point contact for the students for any comments , suggestions , concerns , grievances etc that the students may have in connection thereof.
